Refunds & Returns Policy

ATTENTION: 30-Day Return Policy

General: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and undamaged items sold by Spin City Discs within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange, less any shipping costs, subject to the terms and conditions detailed in this policy. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. You throw it, you own it.

Return Period: The 30-day return window begins on the date the order is delivered and ends 30 days thereafter. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact Spin City Discs directly via email or phone, providing them with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact  Spin City Discs within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after confirming the problem.

Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns about your return, please contact Spin City Discs directly. We strive to resolve any disputes promptly and fairly.
